• The quotations on any coaches includes:
  driver, diesel & insurance, as well as a trailer on the smaller coaches.
• Excludes all entrance and portage fees.
• Excludes tollgate fees for Chapman’s Peak (Cape Town).
• Price subject to sight of final itinerary and will be reviewed according to fuel increases and the like.
• There is no definite booking on the coach without proof of a 25% deposit payment.
  Full amount payable before departure.
• The quotation is as per supplied itinerary – contact Western Cape Coaches should there be any deviation.
• Any damages to the equipment, interior or exterior of the coach are for your account.
• Should there be any cancellations after written confirmation; the 25% deposit will be forfeited.
• Coaches are not allowed to drive on gravel roads.
• No smoking and alcohol will be permitted on any of our coaches.
• Meals and accommodation for the driver is for the account of the hirer and is not included in this quotation.
